1. Develop initiatives for new business gross margin to meet agreed budgetary targets.
Liaise with senior staff to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, contributes to the development of sales strategies and setting of sales targets.
Discuss client’s requirements, carries out surveys and analyses customers reactions to product & pricing.
Compile and analyze sales figures, prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional activities and undertakes market research;
Develop communication that will articulate the Company's suite of services and solutions to potential customers.
Oversee specific communication tasks (sponsorships, events) and participate in business promotion operations.
Recruit and trains junior sales staff.
Produce reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies including competitor analysis for senior management. |
